The remake of Telugu blockbuster remake of 'Attarintiki Daredi' starring Sundar C and STR, is currently in the works. The latest update is that actor Vamsi Krishna, who played the antagonist in Sivakarthikeyan's 'Maan Karate' and Vikram Prabhu's 'Ivan Veramathiri' has joined the cast.

Notably, he also played an important role in the Telugu original 'Attarintiki Daredi'. Previously, we reported that Catherine Tresa, comedians Yogi Babu and Robo Shankar have joined the cast of the film.
Produced by LYCA productions the film also stars Megha Akash in the lead alongside STR. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed music for the film and the crew recently finished the first schedule of in Georgia.

Sundar C and STR are planning to release the film in January 2019, but the makers are yet to finalize on an exact release date.
