Cop bleeds to death on road, onlookers record videos

A case of complete apathy has come to the fore in Telangana. A policeman died on the road in Khammam district after meeting an accident while onlookers remain silent spectators. A sub-inspector was reportedly run over by a truck and was bleeding but people choose to record videos of him instead of extending help. It was only later when cops arrived at spot that he was taken to the hospital but he did enroute. A case has been registered and the truck driver has been arrested.
