NEW DELHI: Even as it appealed to all “parties in the case” to keep patience and wait for the apex court decision, the National Commission for Minorities (NCM) said it was planning to reach out to all stakeholders in the Ram Mandir-Babri Masjid dispute in a bid to explore the possibility of building consensus for an out-of-court settlement.
NCM chairperson Ghayorul Hasan Rizvi said he will be writing to the
All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Sunni
Waqf Board, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh seeking meetings to discuss the matter.
The NCM chief along with all five members of the commission passed a resolution on Tuesday calling for swift decision on the
Ayodhya dispute.
