Shocking: NGO staff, out to catch dogs, thrashed by locals in Delhi

In a shocking incident, animal rescuers were brutally thrashed by locals in Rani Bagh area in Delhi. They were working for NGO 'Neighbourhood Woof' that rescues stray dogs. According to reports, locals confronted them why they were there in the late night hours and enquired about their identities. This led to heated arguments and later scuffle broke out between them. Later the NGO workers filed a case against the residents.
