Times Super Judge Contest 2023: Terms & Conditions
This online contest is subject to the following terms & conditions (“T&C”) and is made available on this link, and these T&Cs can be changed by Times Internet Limited (“TIL”) from time to time without notice to the contestant. If the contestant does not agree with these T&Cs, the contestant is advised not to participate. Participation or submission of an entry in the contest shall be deemed acceptance of the T&C by the contestant. These T&Cs are in addition to the applicable website terms of use made available at Beauty Pageants and the Privacy Policy made available at the site here.
1. Definitions
a) Contest means the Super Judge Contest conducted by Times Internet Limited. The contestant must vote for the top three positions according to his/her choice for the coveted title. If the contestant’s vote matches the final results of LIVA Miss Diva 2023 event, the winning contestant shall become the winner.
b) Contestant means a participant who is eligible and chooses to participate in the contest.
c) Prize means cash prize awarded to the winners of the contest by Times Internet Limited.
d) Winner means the contestant of the Times Super Judge contest declared as winner by Times Internet Limited.
e) Final results mean the result of LIVA Miss Diva 2023.
2. Eligibility for contestants:
a) This contest is valid for Indian citizens entitled to enter into any contract aged 18 years and above. However, contestants below 18 years of age may participate in the contest through parents or guardians.
b) The employees of Times Internet Limited and their family members are not eligible to participate in the contest. Therefore, any such entry, even if successful, would be deemed inadmissible for this contest.
3. Contest duration:
The contest will commence on 17th August (11:00 hrs) and conclude on 26th August (23:55 hrs). These dates are subject to change at the discretion of Times Internet Limited.
4. Participation fee:
No participation fee is required for the contest.
5. Contest, its features, and procedure to participate in the contest:
a) To participate in the contest, the contestant has to log on to
http://toi.in/superjudge and complete all the steps mentioned.
b) Contestant’s entry will be valid only if they have a valid and verified email id.
c) Winners will be decided on the following:
i. Answering and voting for the winning titles in order of winner, first runner-up, and second runner-up.
ii. All three answers should be correct to be eligible to become the winner.
d) Answers, once submitted, cannot be changed or updated. However, participants are free to attempt those as many times as they want.
